AC Leadership Program

ACLS– Assistant Coach Leadership Series (ACLS) is a model that brings education

to athletics and competition to education. This fun innovative program is centered on but
not limited to, core values, leadership, math and applied science. This comprehensive
package is designed for teams or individuals and serves as an underlining approach to
supplement current educational and athletic experiences. This model can also be adopted
by school districts or organizations that service youth and implemented as an elective
and/or before/after school program. These efforts are supported by a collaboration of
resources that provide research based curriculums that offer professional development
units for administrators and accreditations for participants. Overall, this program will
help youth to acquire and become more proficient in the technical skills that are critical
for long term success.

Our motto—“WHO DEFINES SPORTS?” allows champions to be formed from all walks
of life. While athletics serves as a proven process of developing youth, ACLS wants
to take this proven process, add some fundamental supplemental experiential education
applications and increase overall chances of success. With this position our goal is to
facilitate opportunities that allow youth to compete and feature abilities harnessed by
program efforts which ultimately dictate directional growth.
